If the Site is accessed in connection with your employment, you confirm that you are authorized to bind your employer to these Terms, and “you” will refer to both you and your employer.

VidAssets' liability is limited as outlined herein, and users' sole remedy is to cease using the Site and Content.
In the event that VidAssets ceases operations or is otherwise unable to continue providing services, we commit to providing buyout customers with all Content in the form of a downloadable zip file. This ensures that you retain access to the assets you have rights to under your License.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and any disputes arising will be resolved in the appropriate forums.
